HSBC Bank has a notorious reputation for taking a long time to process transfers of HSBC Reward Points into the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer rewards programme for the air miles needed for flight redemptions.
Different sources online have indicated contradicting information regarding the time required for converting HSBC Reward Points to KrisFlyer Miles.
In this mini-project, I will attempt seven different redemptions of HSBC Reward Points on seven different days of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
Thereafter, I will monitor my KrisFlyer Miles statement daily to determine the actual number of days it took for the air miles to be credited to my KrisFlyerdaccount.
